What MedAI is
MedAI is the generator behind Easy-PG. When you pick an exam or a specialty topic, it builds a fresh set of exam-style multiple-choice questions: a clinical stem, five options, an answer, and an explanation.
The site then times the session, scores it, and can export a PDF. That loop is the product: generate, answer, review. It is not a chatbot, a note summarizer, or a lecture library.
What it covers
MedAI writes in the style of the track you choose:
- USMLE Step 1 - systems-based, mechanism-heavy vignettes.
- USMLE Step 2 CK - diagnosis versus next-best-step management.
- NEET-PG - 180 questions, five time-locked sections, +4 / -1 marking.
- CEE PG / MECEE-PG - 200 MCQs, 3 hours, +1 / -0.25, including CPD.
- 18 medical specialties - 40-question topic drills such as ophthalmology, internal medicine, ENT, and surgery.

How a session works
- Choose an exam hub or a subject topic.
- Generate a new set, or reopen a saved one on this device.
- Answer under time. After you submit, read why the keyed option is right and why the distractors fail.
- Download the PDF if you want an offline error log.
Use a full mock when you want mixed pressure. Use a topic set when one system keeps breaking. After misses, name the failure: knowledge gap, misread stem, or wrong priority. That is more useful than only noting the score.
What MedAI is not
Easy-PG is a study aid. MedAI-generated items are not official past papers, not a PYQ or recall dump, and not a substitute for UWorld, Marrow, NBME forms, MEC notices, or textbooks.
Do not treat a session score as a prediction of your real exam. Do not use generated explanations as clinical advice for a patient. Verify high-stakes facts against current guidelines and faculty.
Who runs it
Easy-PG is operated from Nepal and kept free for students. Questions cost real API usage to generate; the site stays free so that extra timed volume is available without a paywall.
