What the current pattern means in practice

NEET-PG is no longer a single freely navigable paper. Time-locked sections force you to finish a block and move on. Easy-PG’s NEET-PG generator follows that 180-question, five-section, +4/−1 structure used on this site.

Negative marking

Each correct answer is +4, each wrong answer is −1, unattempted is 0. A 25% guess is worse than leaving the item blank. Use the mock to rehearse skipping rather than only rehearsing knowledge.
