What the current pattern means in practice
NEET-PG is no longer a single freely navigable paper. Time-locked sections force you to finish a block and move on. Easy-PG’s NEET-PG generator follows that 180-question, five-section, +4/−1 structure used on this site.
This is not a PYQ bank and not a Marrow grand test. It is a no-login timed set you can score immediately and export as a PDF.
Negative marking
Each correct answer is +4, each wrong answer is −1, unattempted is 0. A 25% guess is worse than leaving the item blank. Use the mock to rehearse skipping rather than only rehearsing knowledge.
- If you cannot eliminate two options, skip.
- Do not burn section time hunting one item.
- After scoring, use the PDF to see whether guesses helped or hurt.

A simple 5-section plan
Treat each 36-question block as its own mini-test. Aim to finish with a minute to mark blanks you were saving. If a section is anatomy-heavy and you are weak there, skip faster — the next section will not wait.
Subject-wise follow-up
After a full mock, open pharmacology, pathology, PSM, anatomy, and medicine topic pages. Those long-tail drills are how you convert a weak section into a planned revision block.
